We visited as a family of 5. The hotel is a short hop from the train station and a 5 - 10 minute walk, with a 4 tear old, to everything. The location is perfect for visiting the city. The welcome was very friendly and professional, they provided us with a map of the area, tips on where and when to visit, and some local vouchers. Really warm and welcoming arriving and leaving. The rooms were really well laid out, and you can tell thought has gone into the design. A great number of charging points for all your devices, well zoned lighting and Ac, the extract in the bathroom was great, with 3 girls in the group the mirrors never misted! We stayed 4 nights and the rooms were spotless and well secured. Absolutely brilliant stay with fantastic hosts !

Awesome location in a very quaint and Historical town. A short 2 block walk and you were at restaurants, cafes and shops. 2 more blocks and you were in the city square where the Christmas market is. Cannot say enough about thd lovely city, THE EXQUISITE FOOD, architecture and VERY friendly people. We plan to return when it is warmer to enjoy a canal boat tour. If you like the old time European feel and scenery, this is THE place!

Friendly staff greeted us and showed us places of interest on the map. The foyer was beautifully decorated for xmas, as were the lounge areas. The room was a good size with a small table and chairs. Tea and coffee making facilities were topped up daily. Lots of hot water and soaps and hairdryer available in the bathroom. The room was warm, and the bed was comfortable. For those wanting tv, there are English channels.

Beautiful hotel, the room was very quiet and comfortable, maybe a little dark with just one window, but it didn't really bother us, because we only came there to rest. Great to have a parking space at the hotel itself (you need to make a reservation, so don't forget!) and the man who served behind the counter even helped me with some directions to park (it was a bit tight).

A really good location. A great hotel that is 5-10mins walking from centre of Bruges which means it is quiet, but within 2 minutes you are on one of the main shopping streets. They have parking facilities, which need to be reserved, and this in a locked/gated car park to the side of the hotel. Room was clean and had air conditioning which was good as it was hot.
