Golden Tree Hotel

We visited as a family of 5. The hotel is a short hop from the train station and a 5 - 10 minute walk, with a 4 tear old, to everything. The location is perfect for visiting the city. The welcome was very friendly and professional, they provided us with a map of the area, tips on where and when to visit, and some local vouchers. Really warm and welcoming arriving and leaving. The rooms were really well laid out, and you can tell thought has gone into the design. A great number of charging points for all your devices, well zoned lighting and Ac, the extract in the bathroom was great, with 3 girls in the group the mirrors never misted! We stayed 4 nights and the rooms were spotless and well secured. Absolutely brilliant stay with fantastic hosts !

I really liked my room. It was spacious and it had a bathtub. The breakfast is simple but it was ok. The small gym was nice. The location was quite nice. Close enough to the city center, but not busy at all.

Beautiful hotel, the room was very quiet and comfortable, maybe a little dark with just one window, but it didn't really bother us, because we only came there to rest. Great to have a parking space at the hotel itself (you need to make a reservation, so don't forget!) and the man who served behind the counter even helped me with some directions to park (it was a bit tight).

The hotel room was small, but very nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need - a very good lighting system, air conditioning, a coffee machine, a blind in the window separating you from the quite noisy street, a very nice bathroom with a comfortable shower, a hairdryer and good cosmetics. The hotel serves an excellent breakfast! The interior of this historic building is nicely decorated, and you can also sit on the cozy patio. There is also a small bar (it could be open a little longer). The hotel has its own parking lot, which makes life much easier for people traveling by car.
